Return & Refund Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we will give you full refund minus the cost of shipping.

If you are requesting a refund due to damage Boone Branch will assume the cost of shipping but will need a photo of the damaged item prior to the refund. If damage has occurred a refund request must be submitted within the first 7-days of receipt of your product. Beyond 7-days the customer you are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Please email us at, entering *Return Claim* on the subject line. Upon receipt, Boone Branch will review the claim for approval. Photos are required to substantiate damage or quality claims. When filing a return, please include the following information: Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Quantity, Specific Reason for Return, A Photo of the Damage or Defect.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Special or Custom Order (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we cannot refund custom or special orders once the product moves into our production process. Custom signs are personalized for the purchaser specifically making impossible to resell.

A refund for a custom design can only be applied if the production process has not gotten underway. Generally production on a custom sign will begin within 3-5 business days from purchase. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
